because it's not too difficult, you can also do it at home.


•  Learn how to use a Chinese kitchen knife.
•  All ll classes are hands-on - you see what the chef sees.
•  Every one will have your own knife, a chopping board and stove.
•  All classes are taught in English by a professionally licensed Chinese chef.
•  Take- -home recipes are provided for every dish cooked.
•  Join the optional market tour (1.5 hours) before your cooking class to learn
more about Chinese produce and culture

Cooking class-10:30am - 1:30pm 480 CNY or 69 USD/person.
(From Sep 2nd - 14th morning cooking class fee is 500 CNY)
