Dimsum is from Canton, Cantonese have dimsum in the morning ( as breakfast), in the afternoon ( with afternoon tea ) and at late night ( as a second small dinner ).
The most popular dimsums are : Har Gow, Egg Tarts, Barbecuted Pork Bun, Won ton, Siu Mai, etc
We will make the following dimsums in this class:
- Har Gow : steamed prawn dumpling, there is no glutens in this dumpling.
- Siu Mai: also called open dumpling. Prawn, pork with water chestnut filling.
